Zeachild Cooperation Terms for Influencers & Content Creators

📍 General

These terms apply to all influencer partnerships within the Zeachild Affiliate and PR Sample Program via Shopify Collabs. By applying and being accepted into our Creator Program, you agree to these terms.

🎁 Cooperation & product samples

1. What you get:

  • Products (e.g. surf poncho, clothing) free of charge as PR samples
  • Own discount code for your community
  • Affiliate link with revenue share
  • Access to media kit, images & content ideas
  • Bonuses for top performers

2. Content obligation:
By accepting the products, you agree to the following:

  • At least 3 Instagram post or reelthat shows the product authentically
  • At least 3 story series with mention of the discount code and affiliate links
  • At least 1 video/reelthat shows the product authentically.
  • Publication within 30 days of receipt of goods
  • Upload the content to a personal Google Drive folder shared by Zeachild (the link will be sent to you after approval)

3. No consideration = invoice
If you do not deliver the agreed content within 30 days and there is no valid reason (e.g. illness, shipping error, etc.), we reserve the right to invoice the full value of the products sent.

This serves to ensure fair compensation for our advance payments and the binding nature of our cooperation.

🙋 Personalized discount code & affiliate link

  • You will receive your personal discount code (e.g. @anna10)
  • You earn a commission on all purchases generated through your link or code
  • Tracking and payout are automated via Shopify Collabs

🔧 Rights of use of content

By publishing your content and uploading it to the provided Google Drive folder, you grant Zeachild the non-exclusive, spatially and temporally unlimited right to use the provided content (photos, reels, texts) free of charge for its own marketing purposes (e.g. website, social media, ads, newsletter) with attribution.
