Orders and Returns
For each delivered order we will send you a shipping confirmation with a shipping link. You can use this link to check the current status of your shipment.
We produce our products as resource-friendly and sustainable as possible, which is why every order is fresh made and printed on demand. This procedure usually takes 7-10 working days plus shipping time. If your order status has not changed for more than two weeks, please contact us.
Most of our packages are sent with DHL. If you cannot open the shipment link, please try to track the same shipment number with DHL.
In rare cases, your order will be split, giving you two packages instead of one. This is the case if your order includes swimwear mixed with our streetwear. Our swimwear is shipped from a different location and is already pre-produced.
